South West Community Builds have been appointed as the Project Management team to lead a the new Recreation Centre at Chacewater which began construction in June 2024.
The design of the build compliments the very successful Chacewater Village Hall and Chacewater Bowling Club, ensuring that the village have a wide choice of facilities for a greater range of activities including a full size sports hall, changing & shower facilities for sports teams, art / messy room, meeting room suitable for physiotherapy plus a full height rock climbing wall.
This project is currently under construction with a target completion date of December 2024.
This project is part-funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.
