Foxhole Social Club approached South West Community Builds because their energy prices are at approximately £1000-£1500 a month. This means that the future of the building is unknown and there is potential that they could be forced to close. In addition to the energy costs, they are also under utilising a large percentage of the building due to it being in need of modernisation and refurbishment. The feasibility study is investigating the upgrade of energy requirements, options for insulating the property and modifying the layout of the building to enable it to be used to its full potential.
