Bous Fleming Parish Council have instructed South West Community Builds to develop design work for a new village hall at the Playing Fields in Hatt. This community is a relatively new one which when build had no community facilities within the village.
Since the parish council bought the land for the community to use, it now wants to develop a new community hub where local people can set up new groups and organisations, as well as a place for the community to meet for recreation and to just socialise.
