South West Community Builds have been appointed as the Project Management team to lead a the new Community Hub in St Minver. .
The project is underway with planned competition for December 2024. The building will consist of 2 large community halls, changing rooms, meeting room, consulting room, community kitchen, storage plus a community cafe and will provide much needed new facilities for the local people.

March 2024 – Day 1 – Breaking Ground
May 2024 – First tier of the timber frame is up.
4th June 2024 – Window Frames being installed.
This project is part-funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.
